A transfer is not a migration
This point matters, so we make it clear. A transfer moves your billing account to a new reseller. Your Google Workspace stays the same. Nothing moves and nothing is deleted.

How a reseller transfer works
Google has a built-in transfer process. You start it from your admin console. The steps are simple, and we guide you through each one.
- You confirm you want Web Impian as your reseller.
- You generate a transfer token in the Google Admin console.
- You share the token and your customer or domain details with us.
- Google links your subscription to Web Impian.
- Your next invoice comes from us, in Ringgit Malaysia.
The transfer token proves that you, the domain owner, approve the change. No one can move your subscription without it. This keeps you in control the whole time.
