How much is Google Workspace in Malaysia?
Google Workspace in Malaysia costs from RM350.40 per user a year for Business Starter, RM700.80 for Business Standard, and RM1,100.40 for Business Plus - Google's list price, with no reseller markup. Office Niaga bills in Ringgit and adds a Malaysian SST tax invoice and a MyInvois e-invoice.
Office Niaga sells Google Workspace at the same list price that Google sets. Same plans, same features, same 8% SST. What changes is your supplier: a Malaysian company that issues your tax invoice and your MyInvois e-invoice, accepts a purchase order, and answers the phone. What you actually pay
Google sets the list price for every Workspace plan. As an Authorised Google Workspace Reseller, we match that list price and convert it to Ringgit. There is no reseller markup on the subscription itself.

The Google Workspace plans
Google offers three business plans plus an enterprise tier. Each plan adds more storage, larger Google Meet calls and stronger admin controls. Prices are per user, per year, billed in Ringgit Malaysia.
