1Do you charge more than buying direct from Google?

No. You pay Google's published list price in Ringgit, with no reseller markup. What changes is that your supplier is a Malaysian company, so you get a Malaysian tax invoice with SST and a MyInvois e-invoice, and a local team to call.

2What is added at checkout?

A one-off RM100 setup fee on your first order, and 8% SST on the total. A 1-user Business Starter order is RM175.20 + RM100.00 + RM22.02 SST = RM297.22 due today, then RM350.40 a year.

3How does the first-year discount work?

It applies automatically at checkout, with no coupon. It covers the first 20 users for the first year only, and you renew at the normal price. Above 20 users the first 20 take the discount and the rest are charged at list. Business Plus has no first-year discount.

4How can I pay?

Card, FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, e-wallet (Touch ‘n Go, ShopeePay, GrabPay, Boost) or Buy Now Pay Later. For procurement we also accept a purchase order against a written quotation.

5Is G Suite the same as Google Workspace?

Yes. Google renamed G Suite to Google Workspace in October 2020. The apps are the same - Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet and Calendar - and the prices on this page are the current Google Workspace prices in Ringgit. If you came looking for G Suite pricing in Malaysia, this is the right page.

6Can some staff be on Business Standard and the rest on Business Starter?

Not on one Google account - each account runs one Business plan, and upgrading moves everybody. If you need both, there are two workarounds: two separate Google accounts on two domains, or Google Workspace for the people who need it plus Office Niaga Mail for email-only staff. 7Can I mix Google Workspace and Office Niaga Mail?

Yes, and most teams should. Staff who live in documents and video calls go on Google Workspace; staff who only send and read email go on Office Niaga Mail at a fraction of the cost. Use the calculator to size the split.
