What you get
Web Impian Sdn. Bhd. is working toward a partnership with Anthropic. We set up Claude for your organisation on your own domain, connect sign-in to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and train your staff in Bahasa Melayu or English. The Claude licence is at Anthropic's own price, and our service is a separate fee.
Which Claude plan fits
The table shows Anthropic's plans and prices in US dollars, exactly as Anthropic's website shows them:

Prices from claude.com/pricing and claude.com/solutions/nonprofits on 28 October 2026. Prices exclude tax. Anthropic can change its prices, so your quotation shows the price on the day that we quote. Goodstack decides which organisations get the nonprofit price.
What we do for you
Our service covers the work around the licence, from the first quotation to the first month of use:
- Plan and quotation. We suggest the mix of Standard and Premium seats, and we send a formal quotation with our MOF and SSM documents.
- Setup. We create your Claude organisation, verify your domain and connect single sign-on with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Projects and templates. We put your formats, guidelines and sample documents in Claude Projects, so that staff get the correct format from the start.
- Training. We train your staff in Bahasa Melayu or English, onsite or on Google Meet, with tasks from their own work.
- Usage rules. We help you write a short rule for which data staff can put in Claude, in line with PDPA 2010 and, for agencies, SPA Bil. 2/2021.
- Local support. One local contact on WhatsApp for questions, new users and changes.

Budget for Claude Team (annual billing)
The table shows Anthropic's price for one year, in US dollars:

A Standard seat is USD 240 a year and a Premium seat is USD 1,200 a year, on annual billing (28 October 2026). Our quotation converts the licence amount to Ringgit and adds our Enterprise Support fee and SST on separate lines.
Procurement route
PK 2.1 sets the method from the yearly value of the purchase:
- Pembelian terus: up to RM50,000 a year (PK 2.10). Above RM20,000, the supplier must be MOF-registered.
- Sebut harga: above RM50,000 up to RM500,000 (PK 2.9).
- Tender: above RM500,000.
Most Claude pilots of 5 to 20 users are inside the pembelian terus limit. Claude is cloud software (SaaS). Under PK 2.6, cloud purchases first go through the JDN Cloud Framework Agreement (CFA), and Web Impian is not on the CFA panel. Ask your ICT unit which route applies. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

- MOF registration: 357-0002304403, Bumiputera status, valid until 7 April 2028.
- MOF field codes for software: 210103 (computer software, off-the-shelf packages) and 210109 (hardware and software leasing or renting).
- Payment: LO or PO. We issue an SST invoice and a MyInvois e-invoice.
Documents we send with the quotation
We send the quotation in 1 working day, with these documents:
- A formal quotation, with the licence and our fee on separate lines.
- Our MOF registration certificate and Bumiputera certificate.
- Our SSM company profile.
- Our Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) and PDPA registration.
- A specification compliance statement and a data-protection statement.
Specification for your proposal paper
You can copy this short specification for Claude Team and change it for your agency:

- AI assistant for writing, summarising and analysing documents, in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Standard seats for most users, Premium seats for heavy users.
- Central admin console, with single sign-on (SSO) and domain verification.

- Projects to share instructions, guidelines and reference documents with a team.
- No model training on the agency's chats by default. The agency owns the outputs.
- Setup, training for users and local support by the supplier.
Do not put rahsia rasmi (official secrets) in Claude. SPA Bil. 2/2021 does not permit official secrets on a public cloud.
Data and security
Anthropic does not train its models on the chats of its commercial plans by default, and you own the outputs. The Team plan has no data location in Malaysia, and it has no audit logs or SCIM. Enterprise adds these controls. Do not put official secrets or sensitive personal data in Claude without a lawful basis and an approved rule.
